This was really hard to follow, especially as a European. You're spitting out all these freedom units back to back and it's hard to really understand their significance. Like, I don't know how I'd run this myself, apart from the fact I do 5s, 3s, and 1s, with back off sets. But what weights? Percentages based on current 1rm would be really helpful

None of those guys are saying do this one simple thing and you'll get ripped, they are showing advanced techniques which help us optimize our time in the gym. I, like most, have limited time to lift weights and I want to get the best workout I can with the time available to me so I push myself hard and use tips, such as getting a deep stretch at the bottom, to maximize every single rep.
Well, I've got 22x45lb plates in my home gym setup. All are used and from various manufacturers. I weighed them all on a good scale. The lightest was about 44 and the heaviest was about 46. Not a big deal.

Training for strength has nothing to do with stamina/cardio and no-one gives a fuck abt your 10 minute mile.

A proper program should only having you add weight to a max after 5 or so weeks. So realistically if your training you should be using anywhere from 75%-90% of your max load. Learn to block your deadlifts and AMRAP accordingly and you won’t have any issues

Doesn’t matter how tall you are. You literally don’t understand leverages but here you are saying one size fits all. Wide grip or narrow grip is different for everyone based on length of limb bones. It’s like comparing a short wrench to a long one. Yes they do the same job but they work the load differently

I’m closest on squat 285. I deadlift the same weight so that’s where I need the most growth. 180 bench 115 press
